The project at 24 Warwick Avenue is a Grade II Listed Victorian town house. The property has been a family home for the last 30 years with MBA carrying out an initial re-design in the late 1990’s. The clients then came back in 2019 to commission a follow up renovation project. Client’s and MBA’s environmentally conscious mindsets aligned; The goal was to preserve the heritage asset and enhance the dwelling’s performance in response to the ever-pressing climate emergency.

• Addressing historic damp ingress issues
• De-carbonising the building
• Re-design the thermal performance of the whole house envelope using ASHP
