This proposal for a world class, mixed-use hotel resort was developed with Parkridge Securities Ltd. and Four Winds Resorts Ltd., working as a joint venture. It seeks to address the aspirations of Penwith District Council’s Coinagehall Street brief by delivering accommodation of outstanding quality and a unique retail development.
The high quality, mixed-use solution will encourage the improvement and regeneration of the existing environment and introduce a new international standard destination, an improved public realm and stimulate local activity. At street level the nearby Coinagehall Market and specialist retail units will compliment each other, offering quality food and beverages to the passing public. Conference facilities, restaurant, spa and a crèche are also provided at ground level.
Hotel accommodation extends from floor 1 to 4, with a rooftop bar area affording high quality views of the surrounding area at 5th floor level. Narrow floorplates allow effective cross ventilation and floors step back to take full advantage of natural daylight and orientation on the site.
